Sign up for the Banquet on-line and pay with your credit card or PayPal account. Or if you wish, send
your check for dinner reservations. Be sure to put your name(s) and meal choices on the memo line if
you send a check. Dinner reservations must be received by November 24th

WHEN: Saturday, December 6th. Reception, no-host bar, and entertainment begin at 6:00pm.
Dinner is at 7:30pm.

Orchid Room – First floor, to the left of the reception when you enter.
PLATED DINNER CHOICES: Appetizers will be served prior to dinner, salad, and dessert.
– Chicken Cordon Bleu: Served with Sherry Cream Sauce, Rice Pilaf
– Grilled Flank Steak: Served with Garlic Demi-Glace, Roasted Potato
– Baked Salmon: Served with Lemon Butter Sauce, Rice Pilaf
BANQUET PAYMENT: $85 per person. Your club is subsidizing this event to keep your costs
